To register your T400evo, you will need:
- The serial number of the loader (located on the identification plate inside the right arm of the loader)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the mechanical structure of the T400evo loader sold by our partners.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty is valid for 7 years from the date of billing to the dealer.
Is the warranty transferable upon resale?
Yes, the warranty is transferable to future owners, provided the new owner registers in the dedicated customer space.
What should I do if there’s an issue with the loader?
In case of an issue with the loader, you should:
- Report the issue to your MX partner dealer.
- The dealer will contact MX’s customer service and provide the necessary details.
What conditions must be met for the warranty to be valid?
For the warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be registered by the customer or the dealer in the customer space. You can register your warranty via this link:
- Regular maintenance as per the MX service book.
- Periodic inspections at 3 and 5 years by an approved dealer.
- Use of original MX parts.
- Adherence to loader/tractor/tool recommendations and the correct use of the equipment.
What is the claims procedure?
The claims procedure includes:
- Providing the serial number of the loader.
- Giving a description and photos of the incident.
- Presenting the service book and repair history.
- Obtaining approval before any repair.
How are repairs or replacements handled?
If MX’s customer service deems the equipment defective, they may choose one of the following options:
- Free supply of replacement parts by MX.
- Replacement of the product by MX.
What costs are covered by the warranty?
The return shipping costs for defective equipment and the shipping costs for repaired or replaced equipment are covered by MX.
What are the warranty exclusions?
The warranty exclusions include damage caused by:
- Misuse or inadequate maintenance.
- Negligence, such as poor storage conditions or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Incorrect repairs by unauthorized third parties.
- Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
- Natural or external phenomena like snow, floods, lightning, etc.
- Indirect damage, financial loss, or loss of use.
What is not covered by the MX warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs for equipment repair.
- Transportation costs and technician travel fees.
- Surrounding parts on the boom: hydraulic, electrical, electronic parts, hitch, adaptation…
- Paint and corrosion defects.
