In 2023, MX acquired aevent vehicle to travel the roads of France and Europe<\/strong> and engage directly with its customers and users of its products. Here’s a presentation and review of its first year of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Identifying Needs to Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It all began with the need expressed by MX\u2019s sales teams to diversify and increase the number of interactions with their customers and product users<\/strong> (in addition to the numerous trade shows and dealership events that MX already participates in). The idea of acquiring an event vehicle naturally emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was followed by internal reflection phases and working workshops to identify the necessary equipment to install in the vehicle so that it could meet its objectives: to welcome, inform, and train<\/strong>. After these steps, the custom manufacturing process was initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 2023: The Start of the MX VAN Journey<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As soon as it was received, the vehicle was expected at the Fira de Mollerussa<\/strong> (Lleida, Spain), alongside the Spanish sales team for this trade show. It was well received, adding structure and new features to our outdoor stands: television, control station, reception area for business exchanges, all in a friendly environment with shelter from the wind, rain, and sun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was followed by numerous trips in 2023<\/strong>: participation in other trade shows in Italy and Germany, attendance at open houses and dealership anniversaries in France and Germany, as well as visits to agricultural schools in France and Poland by our sales team\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first year concluded with a very satisfying report: presence at nearly 20 events for around 50 days of exhibition and over 15,000 km traveled!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s Next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As the MX Van fully meets its objectives<\/strong>, the sales teams are proud to make it available to their clients. It will continue to attend trade shows and other events, but it will also accompany our after-sales teams for product training<\/strong> offered to workshop parts staff at dealerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
