How to Log into the MX Customer Area?
Are you a dealer? Follow the steps below for an easy login process.
1. You Received an Invitation Email
If you received an invitation email to access your new MX customer area:
- Open the email and follow the link to create your password.
- Once the password is created, you will be able to log in to the MX customer area.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you can’t find the invitation email.
2. Didn’t Receive the Email?
No worries! You have two options:
Option 1: A Colleague Has Access
Through the “My Account > My Team Access” tab, they can send you an invitation email directly by clicking “invite“, or if you are not pre-registered, they can click on create your access.
You will receive an email right away!
Option 2: Contact MX Customer Service
Our customer service team can send you an invitation. Feel free to contact them for quick access. You can request it here by emailing us.
To create your account, we will need:
- First and Last Name
- Dealership / City
- Email / Phone
