Feed handling: what’s the solution?
A business with extensive handling requirements
Maurizio Brini runs a large agricultural business, with a strong focus on fodder production and handling.
With 40,000 bales to move every year, 700 hectares of fodder crops and 3,000 hectares of wheat, the Italian farmer must have reliable handling implements to support his daily work.
For several years, Maurizio had preferred to use a fork to move all of his produce around. However, having purchased a 170 hp tractor in 2000, he realised that it was essential to equip it with a quality loader. The same year, therefore, he bought his very first MX loader.
Compared to the competition, the pull-out loads are higher
The MX front loader: an effective, purpose-made product
At the time of his purchase, the hydraulic compensation parallelogram (HCP) was already available in the MX catalogue and is much appreciated by Maurizio.
Indeed, using a “homemade” manubal for transporting several bales at a time, manoeuvres could not be carried out in total safety with a conventional mechanical parallelogram.
With a mechanical parallelogram, the height would cause us problems on the roads, so let’s say that this was an additional incentive to buy an MX product.
Also, although the transported loads are large, when compared with the competition, the available lifting capacity is higher.
Maurizio BRINI is perfectly satisfied with his MX loader!
