A CSR strategy driven by the M-Extend group

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the key pillars of the M-Extend Group’s strategy (of which the MX brand is part).
Since 2014, we have been moving forward collectively to reduce our impact, transform our production methods, and progress
alongside our partners and users.

CSR lies at the heart of every decision made by the Group — across our products, services, transport, organisation, and
manufacturing sites.

  • Gender equality index : 94/100
  • 50% of employees trained in “Vigilance Attitude” to enhance safety
  • 100% trained in the Climate Fresk, to better understand the challenges facing industy and the agricultural sector

  • Carbon footprint updated annually
  • LED lighting installed in our factories
  • Painting process: –15% gas consumption by 2025
  • Material optimisation: nesting of parts to reduce waste
  • Reuse of 385 tonnes of steel to produce counterweights

Concrete actions :

  • 53% of purchases in France, 82% in Europe
  • Launch of rail freight (2025) ( 55 tonnes of CO₂ saved, 84% of orders delivered as fast as road transport )
  • Elimination of plastic packaging for loader, tool and control system packs
