Description
PRODUCTIVITY in the field
Its 2 grabs operate alternately: when the first bale is taken by the lower grab, the upper grab takes the second bale without releasing the first. Handling time is therefore reduced and productivity is increased.
Advantages
SYNCHRONISED GRAB FOR INCREASED STABILITY
Synchronisation provides symmetrical opening and closing of the grab. Bales remain perfectly steady while being placed on a stack. The stack therefore remains stable and the job is kept clean and safe.
OPTIMISED GEOMETRY FOR ALL BALE TYPES
The MANUBAL V series handles round and rectangular bales equally effectively. The double linkage allows for:
• either wide closing (for round bales of Ø0.90 to Ø1.80 m)
• or wide opening (for rectangular bales). The ends of the tines are kept clear of the mast, the bale is therefore protected, allowing direct contact between the MANUBAL and the bale and giving the tines a better grip.
HEAVY DUTY STRUCTURE FOR GREATER DURABILITY
With its heavy duty tubular chassis and integrated grab with reinforced, movement-free tine fixings, the MANUBAL V range is incredibly reliable. Wear bushes on the pivot points and grease nipples on the pins mean that it is built to last.
